Acceptance

By accessing or using More Than Code (arclight.vn), you agree to these terms. More Than Code is currently in BETA, with access granted by invitation. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

More Than Code is currently in BETA, and the service may change, be interrupted, or contain bugs, and comes with no SLA or uptime commitment. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and not to abuse the system (no attacks, scanning, unauthorized access, or use for unlawful activity).

More Than Code is free during the BETA period. Model costs are billed by the provider you configure (your Anthropic plan or your own API key); More Than Code does not charge fees at this stage, and pricing will be announced later.

Accounts & access

During the BETA period, access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Administrators may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The More Than Code brand, interface, and software are owned by ArcLight, the operating entity. The content you create while using the service remains yours; you are responsible for that content and for connecting your own model provider under that provider's terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis during the BETA period, without warranties. ArcLight, the operating entity, is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page along with the latest update date.
